In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "jdplus," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the jdplus platform and its operating entity, accessible at jdplus.pro.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jdplus platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created on jdplus, through which a player accesses games, places wagers, deposits funds, and requests withdrawals.
• "Platform" means the jdplus website at jdplus.pro, including all games, sportsbook services, promotions, account management tools, and other features made available to players.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, entertainment, and account services provided by jdplus through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or similar non-cash incentives credited to a player's account by jdplus.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a player in Philippine Peso (PHP) that are available for wagering and withdrawal, separate from any Bonus Funds.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked on eligible games before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jdplus prior to processing withdrawal requests or when otherwise triggered by compliance obligations.

By accessing the jdplus Platform, creating an Account, or using any of the Services offered on jdplus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the jdplus Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jdplus Platform and, if applicable, close your Account by contacting jdplus support.

jdplus reserves the right to require players to re-confirm acceptance of these Terms at any time, including after material updates. Players who decline to re-confirm may have their access to the Platform restricted until acceptance is confirmed.

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jdplus and to use the Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law governing online gambling and gaming activities.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual player, and not as an agent, representative, or trustee for any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of jdplus, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from jdplus or self-excluded from the Platform.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where the receipt of online gaming Services from jdplus is prohibited.

jdplus reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending verification.

To access real-money games and sportsbook services on jdplus, you must create a registered Account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account maintenance:

• One account per person: Each player is permitted to hold only one active Account on jdplus. The operation of multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. jdplus reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jdplus login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person.

• Account closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jdplus support. Requests will be processed subject to completion of any pending withdrawals and satisfaction of outstanding wagering obligations.

jdplus reserves the right to refuse any account registration application without providing a reason, and to close or suspend any Account at any time where jdplus reasonably believes that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.

All financial transactions on jdplus are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits into and withdrawals from your jdplus Account:

Deposits:

• Deposits may be made via any supported payment method listed on the jdplus platform, including GCash, Maya, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, QR Ph, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of deposit.
• jdplus does not accept deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties. Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
• Deposits are credited to your jdplus Account promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. jdplus may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page of your jdplus Account.
• jdplus aims to process approved withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification status.
• jdplus reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal of an amount jdplus considers unusually large or otherwise requiring enhanced scrutiny.

jdplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available only to eligible players with verified Accounts in good standing.
• Each bonus offer is available only once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are credited separately from your Real Money Balance. Real Money deposits are used first when placing wagers, unless otherwise specified.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be satisfied in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses have a validity period from the date of crediting. Unclaimed or unplayed Bonus Funds that have expired will be removed from your Account without notice.
• jdplus reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, and to reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings from any player found to be abusing the bonus system.
• Placing opposing bets (also known as "bonus abuse," "arbitrage betting," or "hedging") using Bonus Funds is strictly prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and suspension of the Account.

All games available on jdplus — including but not limited to slots, live dealer games, bingo, Tongits Go, Mines Gold, and sportsbook betting — are governed by the game rules published on the respective game pages of the Platform. The following general rules apply across all jdplus Services:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by real-time events for live dealer and sports betting markets.
• Bets placed and confirmed are final. jdplus does not accept requests to cancel, void, or amend a confirmed wager except where a technical error is confirmed to have occurred on the jdplus platform itself.
• In the event of a discrepancy between the information displayed on a player's device and the information recorded on the jdplus server, the server record shall be definitive.
• jdplus reserves the right to void any bet or game round where it is determined that an error in pricing, odds, or game parameters occurred, or where jdplus has reasonable grounds to suspect foul play, collusion, or manipulation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets. These limits are displayed in the respective game interfaces and may be adjusted by jdplus at any time.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jdplus Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other time.
• Accessing the Platform while under 21 years of age.
• Operating or accessing more than one Account, or allowing another person to access your Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, advantage play, or exploitation of system errors or software vulnerabilities.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any software or system forming part of the jdplus Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jdplus staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Depositing funds originating from criminal activity or otherwise in breach of applicable Philippine law.

jdplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to preventing gambling-related harm. We provide the following tools and resources to support players who wish to manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account at any time via account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits and Reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choice, during which the Account will be inaccessible for gambling purposes.

All content on the jdplus Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, images, text, logos, game titles, audiovisual elements, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive intellectual property of jdplus or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes, subject to these Terms and Conditions. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, transmit, or distribute any content from the jdplus Platform.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any jdplus content.
• Use any jdplus trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent.
• Scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract data from the Platform by automated or manual means.

Any unauthorised use of jdplus intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jdplus.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jdplus hereby excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the jdplus Platform, whether direct or indirect.
• Any technical failures, service interruptions, or connectivity issues affecting your ability to access or use the Platform, including but not limited to server downtime, internet disruptions, and device compatibility issues.
• Any delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals that are attributable to third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any content or conduct of third-party game providers integrated into the jdplus platform.

Where jdplus liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, jdplus's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player during the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jdplus collects, processes, and stores personal data about players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By using the jdplus Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Amended Terms will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Your continued use of the jdplus Platform following publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the use of the jdplus Platform, or any Services provided by jdplus, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct negotiation in the first instance. Players may contact jdplus support to initiate the dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being raised in writing, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

jdplus operates in compliance with the regulatory framework applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Players who believe that jdplus has not complied with applicable regulations may also direct complaints to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
